Ingredients
- Cupcakes - any recipe
- Buttercream icing in blue and white
- Dessicated coconut tinted in blue
- Round butter cookies, cut into halves
- Chocolate chips
Directions
- Cover cupcakes in blue icing.
- Sprinkle dessicated coconuts over the cupcakes.
- Pipe out two balls of white icing.
- Using chocloate chips with flat surface up, put each chip on each ball for the eyes.
- Place the cut butter cookie below the eyes, on each cupcake.
