Corn Salad

Ingredients

• 3 c. corn niblets
• 1 cucumber
• 2 sour pickles
• 1 small purple onion
• 3 tbs olive oil
• 1/2 tsp mustard
• 2 tbs. lemon joice
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
